Returns and exchanges are super easy AND FREE OF CHARGE.

• You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a Returns & Exchanges Authorization by emailing e-services@alostoura.com. Please do not ship the item using any other methods to avoid extra charges and delays.
• Items must be returned unused with all tags and designer labels still attached.
• Shipping, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
• You might have to pay import duties and taxes on this item(s) again depending on the laws where the customer has asked for their shipment to be delivered.
